1911-S $20 Gold St Gaudens Motto PCGS MS65 (CAC)

No question, this coin is as nice or nicer than a few MS65+ we have seen. We fully consider this coin a SUPER HIGH END GEM!

Terrific surfaces are exceedingly clean and satiny smooth. Only when using a strong glass can you detect a few scattered ticks and lines-NOTHING is serious and we have seen them on higher grades. The luster is seriously strong and is not typical to what we normally see. Both sides are a GEM yellow gold. There NO spots or stains and for sure this coin is not drab or dirty. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is really great (and we mean that)!

PCGS 726, NGC 335, CAC 68. The last auction for one was back in March of 2023. That coin brought $7,200.00. The current published prices are behind. You can not buy a nice one for under $7,000.00. We assure you, this coin blows away the majority of the 11S in MS65!
