Bought this VERY HIGH END and stunning coin from a long time collector who had it put away for many years (2005).
Phenomenal surfaces are just that. Only when using a really strong glass can you find a tiny scuff on the reverse. The surfaces also have a thick satiny like texture. A full booming luster beams from all over. Both sides are a beautiful blazing white with faint hints of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally well struck. The eye appeal is marvelous!
PCGS 85, NGC 52, CAC 16. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $36,000.00 02/2019. Prior to that NONE had sold in auction since 2012. A PCGS NON CAC piece sold for $43,200.00 01/2020.
