3CN 1887/6 PCGS PR67
Clearly above average mirrors are NOT dipped out. They do have above average depth, flash, and clarity. A mellow light hint of gold swirls around the obverse while the reverse is a pale baby blue. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. There is even some die clashing on the right side of the reverse. Overall, the appearance is great!
This is definitely NOT a common date in higher grades. PCGS 4, NGC 3. There is no record of a PCGS PR67 being auctioned since 1999! In 2006 a camoed piece brought $7,475.00. Well worthy of inclusion in the FINEST PR 3C Cameo set. Opportunity knocks loud here!
