Every detail is sharply struck and has strong frost. There is NO question this piece is an MS. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 3, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS has graded 5 coins higher.  In MS65 auction appearances an NGC sold for $14,100.00 with no CAC bean, and prior to that the last PCGS coin sold in 2010.
