G$1 1874 PCGS MS65 CAC

Here is a pleasing example of a 142 year old coin. Some how it has survived in such a pristine state of preservation. The surfaces are satiny and clean. Only with a strong glass can you find a microscopic toning dot before the nose. Both sides are a lovely totally original gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! PCGS 163, NGC 153, CAC 22. The last CAC coin to sell in auction was a NGC piece. It brought $1,616.00.
