Gold finally flirted with $2,000.00. Seems the banking crisis woke up the gold bugs. There was tremendous demand this past week for all kinds of gold. Generics especially are experiencing healthy demand. Collectors and public at large felt that they had to own some kind of gold. We had a banner sales week. However, it wasn’t all gold that was sold.
Our biggest sale was an amazing gold coin valued over $1,000,000.00! In time we will announce the coin. All we can say is that it is a coin we have pursued for ages.
We do see gold as a “safe haven” as we are gold bugs as well. With all the turmoil in the world, we see gold as the ultimate store of value/wealth. We recommend MS64/64+ and MS65/65+ $20 Libs and MS66/66+ Saints. We also like MS64 Ten Indians. If you want to enjoy numismatic gold, build a Type set. We have built numerous gold type sets with successful outcomes. This way, YOU decide what to include. You are not engaged in the pressure of the Registry Set race.
With no shows until CSNS and tax time, we expect the overall market to be quiet. Although the demand for gold coins may not slow, we do believe the potential bull run in gold is only in its infancy. Stock up now, before the spot hits $2,500.00!
