We never expected to do as many sales to collectors as we did at the CSNS Show. It just doesn’t happen when someone walks up and says, OMG! I’ve been looking for that coin and want it—and then they buy it!..

We went into the show with guarded expectations. We came home thrilled.

The CSNS was a great show. It was well managed and was problem free. Legend Numismatics had the BEST retail show in years-beating out the last few FUN and ANA shows!..

Only certain parts of the market are seeing strength. Pure lower grade collector coins are still red hot. When gold came down last week, the demand came down too…

Now that all the distractions are over (tax time, spring break, eclipses, etc), coins are once again in focus. Of course bullion and everything gold is leading the way.
