Nothing of significance happened this past week with rare coins. It seemed every one (including us) was consumed by circ. gold and silver along with lesser grade generics. We were told by knowledgeable sources there were two dealers-one doing $10 MILLION A DAY in the stuff and another making as much as $150,000.00 A DAY!..

This past week there was a smaller ( in lot count ) by a major auction house.  We were interested to see where the market was during the week of tax time.  As the auction started we noticed some nice coins were selling cheap. ..

We knew this would happen.  Gold finally broke $2,000.00 and it seems to have staying power.  The gold/silver bugs are out in force buying as much as they can – We do need to note: people are loading up on bullion and low grade generics. ..
