Only a few VERY light and scattered lines keep this coin from being a $25,000.00 PR65 Cameo. There are actually more lines on the holder that the coin! the mirrors are ULTRA deep (you can really shave in them), super clear, clean, and have the most powerful reflectivity you will see for a date in the 1860’s. There is NO toning. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick snowy white frost. The eye appeal is great!
ONLY 460 were ever minted. PCGS 16, NGC 12, CAC 11. We paid strong for this coin because that is where the market is. Sorry if we sound like a broken record-the price sheets are way behind for a coin like this, All that is for sale are two non CAC NGC coins. And who really wants those?
