Wicked neat! VERY HIGH END too! Hard to believe this beautiful piece sat 101 years undisturbed! It is miles above what you typically see.
The surface are remarkably clean (sort of unheard of). Even the dreaded right field is not hacked up. Only when using a strong glass can you find some light frost breaks and tiny tick or two. A moderate luster beams from all over. Both sides are an even satiny orange gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 797, NGC 1078, CAC 142. PCGS has graded only 75 coins MS65+. If we could find a PCGS CAC MS66 it would easily bring $18,000.00+ (and we did just buy and sell one for more lightening quick). Opportunity knocks loud here!
